Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Design.md Store platform at designmd-store.com and all related services. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

Conflicting or deviating terms of the user are not recognised unless the provider expressly agrees to them in writing.

Design.md Store is a directory and download platform for Design.md files — an AI-friendly format for describing design systems. The platform provides curated Design.md packs (hereinafter "Packs") free of charge.

The provider reserves the right to introduce paid content or subscriptions at a later date. Users will be informed in advance.

Downloading Packs may require registration. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. Your account is personal and non-transferable.

The provider reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

By downloading a Pack, you receive a simple, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Design.md file in your own personal and commercial projects.

The following is not permitted:

• Reselling or sublicensing Packs as a standalone product
• Publishing the raw files on other platforms without explicit permission
• Removing copyright notices

Design.md files contain extracted and processed design characteristics from publicly accessible websites. They are not official design assets of the respective brands and are not affiliated with them.

You agree not to misuse the platform, in particular:

• No automated mass retrieval (scraping)
• No posting or distributing harmful content
• No infringement of third-party rights

The provider strives for high platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance work may cause temporary interruptions.

The provider is fully liable for intent and gross negligence, as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health.

For slight negligence, the provider is only liable for breach of a material contractual obligation, limited to foreseeable, typical damages. Further liability is excluded.

All content on the platform (text, graphics, code, structure) is protected by copyright and is the property of the provider or the respective rights holders.

The provider reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Registered users will be notified of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after the updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance.
