# Design.md Store

> Design.md Store is a free library of ready-to-use design.md files — structured design-system context (color tokens, typography, spacing, and component specs with usage rules) that AI coding agents like Claude, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot read to generate on-brand, consistent user interfaces. All 51 packs are free to download.

design.md is an open, human- and AI-readable format that pairs YAML design tokens with Markdown prose describing *when* and *how* to apply them. Handing an AI agent a detailed design.md is the difference between generic, "AI-looking" output and UI that follows a real design system: tokens tell the agent which values exist, and the prose tells it when to use them and when not to. Every pack here is written at high depth — exact tokens, full component specs, and usage rules — so agents have enough context to follow instead of guess.

Each pack is an independent, unofficial work inspired by the publicly visible design of a well-known product. Packs are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or created by the brands that inspired them; they are provided as free educational references for use with AI tools.
